WHO AM I?

My Journey

Hello everyone, this is Liting Wang. I would love to use this digital space to include my works, ideas, reflections, and anything I found might benefit myself and people around me. I am a recent graduate student majoring in East Asian Studies at University of California Los Angeles. My research interests include premodern Chinese literature and culture, Buddhism poetry, Taiwan cinema and films, and I am also highly interested in education and becoming a mindful and caring person. I have been teaching adorable kids Chinese language before I came to UCLA. I was also a Chinese tutor at Chaffey College. Currently I am actively searching for careers of teaching Chinese at high school or community college level. At the same time, I am also preparing for my PhD application to East Asian Languages and Culture. Love teaching, love education, love philanthropy, and everything compassionate and calm.
